Contract!

We are once again under contract for our home!! Very, very good news.
Closing date is December 15th. Please pray with us that it happens.
We think the inspection and appraisal have already gone well so that’s a HUGE weight off of our shoulders after we experienced the last buyer breaking our last contract.

Potential contract on the house. . .

We got another offer!! That in itself is GREAT in this market. But, we are loosing a tremdous amount of money it’s hard to even think about. So, we are negotiating a little with her.
I totally trust God and don’t expect him to give us a contract at all, but there’s no harm in asking [...]

Sorry no Nemo yet and election day

I’ve wanted to post pictures of our cute Nemo from Halloween. But, I can’t find where my mom downloads the pictures on her computer. Hopefully she won’t have to stand too long in line to vote after work and she can show me so I can post tonight.
