Just a small explanation of my outburst yesterday that turned into scripture. (I am going to try not to complain here)
The home inspector who inspected our home convinced our buyer that we had an issue with our home that was bigger than it really is. We were willing to fix the problem, but the buyer was too spooked by the inspector.
The catch line of this guy’s advertisements is “______ Inspections! Before you buy trouble, call us!” Does that tell you anything???? (trying not to complain, trying not to complain, trying not to complain)
Let me just say that our home is in no way “trouble” and that first time home buyer let someone talk him out of a wonderful home. I am actually kind of sad for him. I’ve found him on facebook and I am having to hold myself back not to let him know how unfortunate this is for him.
Back to square one for us.
Please pray for our peace. We in no way ‘deserve’ to have another home, to sell this for what it is worth or to be able to move smoothly and efficiently, but it is really easy to get wrapped up in the worry of these things not happening. (especially when I am approaching the third trimester in a couple weeks! WHAT!? I probably should start reading about giving birth or something!)
woah!
deep breath
deep breath
deep breath
Just to make myself feel better and to make this post more interesting, I am going to post some more pictures of our Atlanta home we love and are so happy we found 4 years ago.

How silly of them what agreat house they ae passing up on! Prayers!
Oh, Jess, I’m so sorry… How incredibly frustrating!! I’ve seen your lovely house, and no one should have anything to hear. What a loss for that guy. I’m so sorry. Praying for you!
There is a reason for everything…I know you know that! God knows who the buyer for the house is and He is making the way for them to get there in His time. Last time we were selling it was stressful, too. I just prayed for the buyer and for patience!!!
Your house is beautiful and the right person will be coming along.
Yeah – it might be a good idea to read up on the birthing process
seriously…what a gorgeous house! re: slings/carriers…i have both the moby wrap and the ergo baby. (ergo is for when they are a little older.) we absolutely LOVE them both and use them all the time. we usually have isa in the ergo but sam does great in it as well now. the ergo is incredibly quick and easy to put on and the kids love it. i tried multiple slings that people loaned me and my back always ended up bothering me but i think the moby wrap is the most comfortable thing i have ever worn. there are a ton of different ways you can wear your baby and they are all fantastic. i face sam in when he is sleepy and he loves it and when he’s wide awake he likes to face out and see the world. it is a little intimidating at first because it is this huge piece of fabric but after a couple practice runs of wrapping it around you, it is so easy. it distributes the weight so well so it’s great for my back. happy shopping! so excited for you guys! bekah
I’ve done that before, written a feisty post and then gone back and deleted it. Sometimes I don’t and should have.
I’m sorry they’re losing out on a great home but your buyer is out there! We’ll just pray they come soon!!
