We are moving to Kansas City!!
Josh got a job in Market Research at Hallmark! He has wanted to make the transition from engineering to this area of business since he got his MBA. This job offers us the opportunity to make that transition while also moving closer to most of our family!!!
It will be heart wrenching to leave Atlanta. We love the city, our church, our neighbors and many close friends. It’s just one of those decisions that is a hard decision but the right direction to take our family.
Josh starts in KC on October 13th!! Let the adventures continue!!!

I’m praying for all these exciting new developments from Boston!! I’m sure if you ask the Eden’s they would tell you to think twice before using a POD for your move. I’m a big fan of reducing everything you own so it will fit in a minivan myself…

It’s so interesting to see all the emotions your friends are feeling about the move. I can tell the Atlanta crew is sad about you all leaving, and the “mid-westers” are EXTATIC about you all coming here. As you know I fall into the 2nd category! We can go from hours of phone conversations to actual lunch and play dates!
I know Tim is excited about getting to spend more time with Josh as well. Only 5 more weeks!!!

Josh – one of my closer friends from college, Brad Inman, is a consultant (marketing I believe, or perhaps process management) for Hallmark, full time employed and working on site there. You might consider connecting with him once you get there. He’s a fellow MBA’er. You two can geek out about financial statements and such.
