I found this post this morning about Maria Sue Chunxi Chapman’s memorial service. Sounds like it was beautiful. The most astounding thing I read is that Caleb, the Chapman’s oldest son, said he’s never been more convinced that Jesus is real.
Thank you Jesus, for holding this hurting family in your arms.
I’d like to ask the adoption community who read our blog to pray for Maria’s family in China. They will probably never know this tragedy has happened, but I can only imagine that the woman who gave birth to Maria has a special, God given connection to this little girl and has instincts something has gone wrong.
Please Lord, love on her in China.
